Regarding Steve’s outstanding performance in representing Blenko Glass, Steve co-coordinated and attended bringing special glass pieces for our very important Grand Opening and the Blenko Family signing event in October 2008. The scheduled event faced a major last minute change and was ready to be cancelled, Steve interceded with our best interest. Our Grand Opening event at the new location of the Cheeky Monkey Gallery became a success. It was a grand occasion that we and our customers enjoyed.

I just want to thank you for having such great help-I mad a big mistake and order to of the "Grand Daddy" ornaments from Kitra's...I mean the $80 ones that are bigger than my head! This was my error. They were shipped and I had know idea what to do with them other than send them back and pay the freight. Within 24 hours of confessing my error to Karen, she had found a home for them (another shop), driven down here (beating the snow storm), picked them up to deliver to the new owner.

She is so helpful (always) and truly looks our for my best interest, while doling her job and selling goods! And she is just so darn nice!

I appreciate all of you and consider you part of our CHCC team!
